The Family Liaison Project (FLP) is dedicated to providing support, information and education for families of children with disabilities and the professionals who assist them

How we support families

•  To better understand your child's disability and related educational, developmental and transitional needs
• Communicate effectively with school and professionals, building collaborative relationships
• Participate fully in Individual Education Plan (IEP) and 504 Plan meetings
• Understanding the educational process through training and information
